Return Policy
30-Day Return policy:
Here at Enjoy Zeta we hope that you have a 100% satisfaction with the items you have purchased. If you would like to return or exchange an item, it needs to be returned and received by Enjoy Zeta within 30 days of purchase date. All returns require a purchase receipt to be accepted. All items need to be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with the original tags attached. Merchandise will not be accepted if they have been worn, washed, damaged, do not have original tags attached, or do not have a receipt for proof of purchase. Merchandise will not be accepted if any of all stated policies and procedures has not been followed. All refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving an authorized return. Enjoy Zeta is not responsible for items not received. Enjoy Zeta will take the responsibility for covering any return shipping costs, because we would like our customers to be 100% satisfied. If you have an item(s) that you would like to return, please contact us at 1-800-962-8357 and we will send a return authorization label to pay for the shipping fees. All clearance items are final sales and cannot be returned. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after Enjoy Zeta has received your return for the credit to be placed back onto your credit card.
Defective or Missing Items:
If you receive an item in your order that is defective or you are missing an item please contact us within 72 hours from receiving your shipment.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items:
Any item sent back to Enjoy Zeta after the 30-day policy is non-returnable. Any returns received in damaged or worn conditions are non-returnable. Intimates, tights, socks, and final sale items are non-returnable. Shoes are not returnable with postage stickers on the original box (please put in larger box for shipment). Any shipping charges are nonrefundable.
