Shipping Information
Order Processing:
Once your order is submitted online, please allow 48 hours (two business days) to process your order. When your order has been processed and shipped (or ready for pick up), you will receive an email confirming shipping with tracking information.
What is the shipping rate based on?
For all shipping, rates are weight based and configured through UPS, which takes weight of package, delivery location, and expedited process chosen to determine the amount charged.
Can I pick up my items?
At checkout, in the shipping option tab, you will be given the option to pick up at our warehouse without a fee. If you choose this option, you will receive an email when the items are ready for pickup with an order confirmation to bring with you to our warehouse. Your order will be available for pick-up during our regular business hours: Monday-Friday 8:30 to 3:30. Our address is: 369 So. Orange Street Dock 14 & 15. If you need directions, please call 800-962-8357 and dial 1 for customer service.
What delivery options are available through UPS?
We have three domestic (contiguous US states) shipping options:
Ground: Delivery typically in one to five days, Tuesday-Saturday.
Second Day: Delivery by the end of the second business day, Monday-Friday.
Overnight: Next business day (Monday-Friday) delivery by morning or afternoon, depending on destination.
Local Warehouse Pickup: This option is available for customers who would like to pick up their orders at our warehouse located in Salt Lake City, Utah.
All expedited (Second Day Air and Overnight Air) orders must be received by 12 p.m. MDT to ship that day. If received after 12 p.m., such orders will ship the following business day, Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), as UPS does not deliver expedited orders on weekends.
What delivery options are available for non-contiguous US states?
We ship via UPS for Alaska and Hawaii. Rates will be estimated based on weight, location of delivery, and whether the shipment is ground or expedited delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time we do not ship internationally.
